Villa Blue Serenity, also known as MA BLS, is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa located in East End within steps of the beach and restaurants, and minutes from shopping. This 1-level, fully air-conditioned villa is spread over 2.5 acres of lawns dotted with shady trees, flowers, and native stonewalls.
The spacious great room offers a plush sitting area, an open gourmet kitchen, and a formal dining area. The sitting area is furnished with sink-in sofas, a large flat screen TV on the wall (with an adjustable arm for various angles), native stone trim, and windows fitted with electronic roll-down shutters. An exercise room is located between the great room and master suite. A spiral staircase leads from the great room to a home office with a fax machine.
Hallways extend from either side of the great room. On the east side is the master suite, which has a king-size bed, custom blinds, and a sitting area overlooking the pool and sun deck. The master bathroom has a bathtub and large glass shower. Off the east hallway is a bedroom with a king-size bed or twin beds, and a full bathroom across the hall. The west wing comprises a newly remodeled bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom.
A new pavilion located next to the main pavilion features 2 suites, each with king-size beds. One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and shower witha stone floor. The other bedroom features a wet bar and breakfast station with mini-fridge, and an ensuite bathroom with blue granite countertops, 2 stone vessel sinks, a 2-person Jacuzzi bathtub, and large stone-floored shower with his and her waterfall showerheads. Each suite hasa private deck with panoramic ocean views.
French doors from the great room and bedrooms open to the sun deck with chaise lounges and a swimming pool facing the ocean view. A portion of this deck is covered and houses a gas grill and 2 dining tables, which together seat a total of 14 guests. A staircase leads from the villa to the beach.
A long-term tenant lives in the cottage, which has its own electronic gate and driveway separate from the main entry.This non-smoking property also has an automatic generator for the main house, cable TV, WiFi and high-speed Internet, and Xbox 360 (without games). This villa requires a 7-night stay during Thanksgiving and a $1,000 security deposit.
