Villa Mas, also known as MA MAS, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in South Side within a short walk to the beach and minutes from shopping. This hillside, 2-level villa is situated above the Morningstar Beach and Marriott Frenchman’s Reef Resort.
The great room has a living area with plush sofa and chairs, and a 60-inch cable TV with an Apple media player. The lounge area shares its space with a modern, well-equipped kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, a wine cellar, and a granite-topped island with bar stools and a champagne trough. A wall of glass-screened French doors open to an outdoor living and dining area next to the pool.
On the west side of the sun deck are 2 bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, a private balcony overlooking a small garden area, a double hammock, and adjoining bathroom with a double vanity, glass vessel sinks, and a spacious tiled rain shower. The second, smaller bedroom has a queen-size bed, en suite bathroom with a rain shower, and opens directly onto the sun deck and pool.
A bedroom is located on the opposite side of the sun deck with direct access to the pool. This bedroom has a king-size bed, a double vanity, a separate water closet, and a tiled rain shower. From this bedroom, a hallway leads past a laundry room back to the lounge area and kitchen. The fourth bedroom is downstairs on the garden level and has a queen-size bed, bathroom with tiled rain shower,a spacious covered veranda, a small kitchen and a washer and dryer.
A partially roofed sun deck is equipped with chaise lounges, a Bose sound system, an outdoor kitchen with gas grill, wet bar, cushioned sitting area, and outdoor dining table. The deck surrounds an infinity edge pool with dramatic LED lighting. This fully air-conditioned house also has WiFi, a half basketball court with hoop, beach accessories and a water purification system.
RENTAL NOTES: The 3-bedroom rate is based on the upper level 3 bedrooms on the pool deck level only (which can sleep up to 6 persons). If you would like to use the 4th bedroom suite on the garden level, you must pay the 4 bedroom rate. (With a sofa bed can sleep 7-10 persons). You may also add Villa Más's sister villa, Palms at Morningstar, to accommodate an additional 4 to 6 guests in two stylish bedrooms. These two luxury villas are directly connected by a convenient walkway.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
