Villa Stargate, also known as MA GAT, is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Magens/Peterborg within minutes of the beach and shopping. This 3-level villa enjoys sweeping ocean views.
The fully air-conditioned great room on the main level features an impressive arched stone fireplace. The main level also offers a formal dining area, a gourmet kitchen with native stone and granite counters and a wet bar, a powder room, and 2 bedrooms. French doors open from the great room and bedrooms to the spacious deck and pool.
Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom. A handcrafted mahogany spiral staircase leads to the upper level and a spacious, air-conditioned master suite, which has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and private balcony with a view of Magens Bay. The staircase continues up to an observatory tower, which offers a well-equipped office and panoramic views.
A small deck with loungers frames the pool. This non-smoking property also has an automatic generator, gas grill, WiFi and high-speed Internet, and satellite TV. This villa requires a 7-night minimum stay during Thanksgiving and a $500 security deposit. Bedrooms not rented will be locked during stay.
